Sitting Meditation
Formal practice using the breath or the body as an anchor. You will learn to notice when the mind wanders (which it will) and gently bring it back without frustration.

Informal practice applied to mundane actions. You will learn to eat slowly, noticing textures and flavors, and to walk with profound awareness of each shifting sensation in the feet.
