Digital Detox & Nature

The most potent medicine we offer is the opportunity to disconnect. By stepping away from screens and stepping into the forest, we allow our overstimulated minds to quiet down.

  • Optional (but highly encouraged) phone check-in upon arrival.
  • Daily Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) and sensory walks.
Walking in nature

This retreat requires zero prior yoga or meditation experience. Come exactly as you are.

  • What to Pack: Leave the laptops behind. Pack comfortable loungewear, walking shoes, a good book, and a journal. We provide everything else.
  • Mental Readiness: Be prepared to face the initial discomfort of slowing down. It takes a day or two for the nervous system to realize it is safe to let go of the "hustle."

Start with a gentle 60-minute yoga flow and meditation, followed by a vibrant, nutrient-dense breakfast buffet.

Afternoon

Treatments & Free Time

Enjoy scheduled spa therapies, guided forest walks, or simply relax by the water with a book. The afternoon is yours to claim.

Wind Down

Gather for a communal, farm-to-table dinner followed by deeply restorative practices like sound baths or Yoga Nidra before bed.

Throughout the 5 days, we offer optional, low-pressure workshops on stress management, mindful eating, and practical ways to integrate moments of "retreat" into your busy daily life back home.
